Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Retreatrip website or booking our services operated by PREMA LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

PREMA LLC（以下「当社」）が運営するRetreatripのウェブサイトのご利用、またはサービスのご予約前に、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）を注意深くお読みください。

1.Booking and Payments

予約と支払い

  • All retreat bookings and bespoke tour reservations are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit has been received.
  • Prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified.
  • すべてのリトリート予約およびオーダーメイドツアーの予約は、空き状況によります。
  • 予約は、全額の支払いまたは必要なデポジットの受領をもって確定されます。
  • 特に明記されていない限り、価格は日本円（JPY）で提示されます。

2.Cancellation and Refund Policy

キャンセルおよび返金ポリシー

We understand that travel plans can change.
Our cancellation policy for guided retreats is as follows:
旅行の計画が変更される可能性があることを理解しております。
ガイド付きリトリートのキャンセルポリシーは以下の通りです。

  • 14 days or more prior to the start date: 100% refund, excluding transaction fees.
  • 7 to 13 days prior to the start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days prior to the start date or No-Show: No refund.
  • 開始日の14日以上前：決済手数料を除き100%返金。
  • 開始日の7〜13日前：50%返金。
  • 開始日の7日未満前または無断キャンセル：返金不可。

Note for Audio Walks: Digital products purchased via third-party apps such as VoiceMap are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of that specific platform.

オーディオウォークに関する注意：VoiceMapなどの第三者アプリを通じて購入されたデジタル製品は、そのプラットフォーム固有のキャンセルおよび返金ポリシーの対象となります。

4. Liability Waiver

免責事項

PREMA LLC and its guides shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may occur during the tour. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.

PREMA LLCおよびそのガイドは、ツアー中に発生する可能性のある人身傷害、紛失、損害、事故、遅延について一切の責任を負いません。悪天候、自然災害、交通機関の混乱など、当社のコントロールが及ばない事態については責任を負いかねます。

5. Governing Law

準拠法

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

本規約は、法の抵触に関する規定にかかわらず、日本法に準拠し解釈されるものとします。
