Now water lilies are in high season at the Gyoen (Inner Shrine) of Meiji Jingu in Tokyo!
It’s totally stunning to see them in Nanchi (South Pond) from the fishing deck, in front of Kakuuntei (Tea House).
Floating gently on the water, the lilies looked as if they were glowing from within.
The next flowers to reach their peak bloom in the garden will be the lotus flowers 🪷, expected around mid-July.
Can’t wait!
今明治神宮の御苑では、睡蓮が見頃ですー！
隔雲亭前のお釣り台から南池（なんち）を一望
水面に浮かぶ花々が、まるで内側からやわらかく輝いているみたいでした。
御苑で次に見頃を迎えるのが、蓮の花🪷で7月中旬頃。
来月も楽しみです！
